Contemporary wedding photography based in London and the Cotswolds. With a style that blends fine art with photojournalism, Charley Smith is one of the country's most sought-after wedding photographers.

He captures every element of your wedding, from stunning settings and natural photographs of your guests enjoying themselves to all the small details that make up the perfect day. His wedding photography has a natural, spontaneous quality, finding the individual character of each wedding and creating images that are contemporary and classic, unique and traditional.

With every wedding package, you will receive a disc with all of the retouched images in a high-quality digital format, at full resolution. You may make as many prints as you like from the disk. We will also set up an online gallery on our website so that your guests can see all the images from the day and purchase copies.
Additional options available are the slideshow, leather-bound and hardback photobooks, prints, enlargements and stunning mounted photographs.

From Our Website

After being informed that "I love my girlfriend, my dog and my motorbike", would not suffice as a biography, I enlisted the help of my dearest friend Joanna, to give you a short and suitably biased introduction to who I am. I've known Charley for most of my life, but for the first part he was just the guy that my older sister was a bit shy around. We grew up in the heart of the Cotswolds, which I truly believe is one of the most quietly beautiful parts of England, and you can see the influence this had on Charley‘s work; he can make the most of any striking backdrop, but also knows how to turn the everyday into something quite special.

I'm not proud of the fact that I only have one picture of my girlfriend Diana and I together. I'm even less proud of the fact that it is a comp of a polaroid of each of us badly put together in Photoshop. This years New Years resolution (in the singular to give it a fighting chance of being achieved) is to have a shoot together. Somewhere we both find inspiring. I love being an engagement photographer for other people, and I can imagine how much the photographs must mean to them. Weddings are awesome, but the engagement shoots offer the opportunity to create something without the pressure of time that is often the case on the wedding day.

It's tricky to show you who I am in just a pricelist, so instead I'll go through a few of things I think are important and set me apart. The coverage I offer amounts to approximately 400 photographs, although there is no limit set on the number of images taken on the day. Often I take more, and if I do, you will receive them! Each image is retouched using the latest software and you will receive all of the photographs, via a file transfer website, in a high-quality digital format. This allows you to make unlimited prints and copies for yourselves, your guests, friends and family.
