Lucid Dream Pictures is photographer Julian Newman Turner.

Having started out as an actor, director and film maker moving into photography was a natural progression. I have a passion for creating art and I consider my photography to be no different, whether I'm photographing a portrait or a wedding or one of the many personal projects I keep myself busy with.

In my years as a professional photographer I have done product work as well as production (both film and theatre) photography but my main interest has always been photographing people.

The equipment really isn't important but for those interested I shoot with high end digital cameras, but also shoot a lot of traditional film and also use retro cameras including Polaroids and Holgas. They are all just tools, and I will use the right tool based on the job that I take on.
