For ten years I was a career girl working as a p.a. for Chief Executives and Managing Directors of various corporate finance companies in the West End and City of London, before becoming a full time Mum to my three children. Years followed in the fitness industry as a part time instructor of BodyPump, BodyCombat and RPM until my knees finally screamed enough! - and my interest in the whole industry followed.
