- Unreliable. Low technical knowledge. Failed to use backup systems.
Failed to stream a wedding invited to online during covid. Let guests wait literally hours infront of their screens with incorrect timers telling us to wait longer and longer only for it to not stream at all.
If a DJ in a live wedding did this, there would be upheaval. Just because this is virtual, it doesn't mean Sean and Victoria should treat it with any less respect.
Use backup technologies, use alternatives, have a plan A to Z. Use your knowhow to deliver a service promised by the lucky couple to their guests.
Don't advertise your live stream services if you cannot do it (at all). Or are ilequipped to do it. It's 2021. Not 2001.
Use the commentary systems to communicate if you are having issues.

I’m so glad we chose Sean as our wedding photographer. The photos are emotive and really capture the important moments throughout the day. We were keen not to have the traditional “posed for” photos and wanted more natural shots which Sean was perfect for. I have had so many comments on how beautiful the photos are.
