The photos are decent quality for rushed sports photos, and the staff is friendly, but the prices are just so high! I have multiple children, so basically all I can afford is a couple a la carte items, which have gone up recently as well.

I have had problems with this company since my daughter started school and team sports. 10 ish years. From not getting the right items I ordered, to items missing. This time, I could not see the pictures to order. It said the password was invalid. Funny since it was on the order form received for the pictures with the code. I contacted them, they sent me a link. Photo prices on the website are now around $10 more. I asked why, and got no reply. I was told that we could not turn in an order form but had to do it on-line. I can't wait until I do not have to ever order from this company again.

There was a mistake in my son's name on his pictures. I contacted Bell Studios and they immediately messaged back and agreed to fix it and send the pictures right away! Thank you for being so easy to work with and so prompt in fixing the problem. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
