Sarah photographed our elopement as part of our Wee Wild Wedding. This review is very overdue, our wedding was almost a year ago. every time I look at our photos I'm amazed at how wonderful they are and how well she captured our day. We've received so many compliments from family & friends - she's amazing!

Sarah at Photomaki took the photos at our daughter's wedding on December 2021. She caputured the joy and emotion of the day beautifully with fantastic attention to detail. Sarah is unobtrusive, obliging and lovely to have around on the day. Can highly recommend.

I'm so glad that we stumbled across Fotomaki Photography. Sarah creates magic, as a fellow Hufflepuff. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly she is, and the quality of work that she provides. We where so pleased with our wedding photos, they even got featured on the we fell in love blog, on Instagram. Sarah was instantly able to put us at ease, and capture some captivating photographs.

We will treasure them forever. Sarah provides extra treats, and surprises while you wait on your final album. Which is such a lovely touch. We simply cannot recommend her enough! Sorry for the belated review.

Choosing Fotomaki Photography for our anniversary shoot was such a good decision. Sarah is super responsive, so warm and an amazing photographer. I have worked with Sarah of Fotomaki on a couple occasions as part of styled shoots. She is an absolute pleasure and dream to work with! Nothing is too much trouble and her communication is excellent : as a wedding planner I would highly recommend her any of my couples - she's an absolute star! UPDATED - Sarah did a doorstep shoot with my family over summer lockdown. We had so much fun and the pictures she captured are beautiful, full of laughter and joy - can't say enough good things about this gal!

They are wonderful Photographers. Fotomaki were our wedding photographers July 2019 and we couldn't be happier with the results. They photos are incredible, they were professional, blended in with the wedding guests and were just wonderful all day. The album we ordered from them is spectacular and even after the wedding they have kept in touch. We cannot recommend them enough!

We highly recommend Sarah. We booked her for a post wedding photo shoot and right from the very start Sarah has been flexible, easy going and professional. On the day, she gave us enough direction but also gave us a lot of space for us to do our own thing, so the pics turned out super natural. Also works so fast, we had our shoot on a Sunday and received the previews on Monday! Very talented photographer. We've some amazing photos now we can treasure for life

Fotomaki were brilliant from the moment we made contact with them through to delivery of our finished album. We got on really well with Sarah who is super organised and made us feel relaxed from our first meeting. Neither of us being naturals at having photos taken we surprisingly enjoyed our engagement shoot and got some fantastic pictures (including the dog) as Sarah put us at ease straight away.

On the Wedding day itself Sarah captured everything perfectly and with no fuss at all - so many friends and family have commented on how amazing our photographs are, and how they barely noticed the photographers on the day! We love the album too, and can't thank Sarah enough for capturing all the special moments.

Fotomaki were recommended to us by our venue's wedding manager and we are so glad she did. They were utterly brilliant, every step of the way/ Sarah made us feel at ease and all her communications before the day were prompt and concise. They captured the day perfectly from all the little touches to the big photos - especially the confetti! We didn't even notice they were there for most of it but they caught all the moments.

We can't thank them enough for our beautiful wedding photos which capture our most perfect day. I look through them now and can't stop smiling. 100% would recommend. Thank you!

Having searched for some time for the right photographers, we were so happy with them from the first point of contact through to the final album delivery. They were so warm and friendly, putting us and our guests at ease. We had lots of fun with them on the day and the final photos were amazing - they captured so many special moments.

I asked Fotomaki to take photos at our wedding reception in the evening. I didn't want anything too formal so just asked them to take some photos throughout the night and just left Sarah and Kristeen to their own devices. The resulting photos were great. They really captured the mood of the evening. I was a bit worried as the venue was indoors and very dark (The Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh) but all the pictures were very professional. What a great reminder of an excellent day. Would definitely recommend Fotomaki to anyone else requiring wedding or other event photography. Very reasonable rates!

It meant a lot to us to have Sarah and Kristeen photograph our wedding day. They took the time to get to know what we were wanting in a really relaxed way. In fact, it had crossed my mind that we might be tricky clients, as we hadnt given them much to go on apart from the fact we didnt want too much time spent on photos?! Our big day came and we enjoyed every second, including the photo shoots which were great fun and when our fotomaki disk arrived we were blown away at how Sarah and Kristeen had captured everything we could have hoped and completely documented the love, support and humour, of not just the day but of the village and our family and friends.

They both understood exactly what we wanted when Jane and I were caught up in cake choosing and beach porcelain hunting! And we are left with the most amazing documentation of the best day of our lives. The photos that we didnt want too much time spent on are now our most treasured possessions. We can't thank you both enough. Huge recommendations for this talented pair!
