David photographed our wedding and was a complete delight to deal with throughout. Before the wedding he was attentive, detailed and asked really thorough questions and during the day he was unassuming and blended into the background - he was also incredibly calm when in the car with the wedding party and they got caught in a protest! David doesn't artificially pose photos but managed to pick out some incredible moments from the day; his eye for moving, emotional or important moments is so impressive and he absolutely put us at ease when we were posing.

The photos turned out so much better than we could ever have expected, we absolutely love them and I can't thank David enough for how wonderfully he captured the essence of our day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David as a wedding photographer and would absolutely trust him to capture any important event in the future. Thank you, David!

David looked after our every needs, both equally important in the planning stages and the day itself. From the first contact email It was easy to discuss our wishes and his advice helped us fine tune our plans. During the day itself nothing was too much trouble, David was extremely flexible and patient when trying to round up all the grandchildren. Would highly recommend David's services and we are delighted with his photos as are all the family.

We contacted David after seeing he was offering 50% for NHS workers on Facebook. After a chat we knew he was perfect for us as he's style of natural shots is exactly what we wanted. We have had lots of compliments regarding the photographer and how he was so discreet and people didn't even know he was there snapping away which is everything we wanted.

The previews are absolutely amazing - we love them. Thank you again! We really appreciate the NHS discount - this helped us a lot, I feel like a photographer is a very nervy decision on who to use especially if you don't want the poses etc, the photographer the venue recommended is very posy and thats just not us so David was perfect for us. David was fantastic from start to end of planning and execution. A day we will never forget with beautiful photos to look back on. We wouldn't hesitate to use David again or recommend to any future events for people.

Attention to detail. Just follow his lead and you will be all smiles. Not like you can do the whole event again so just role with it. We love the pics. Impossible to choose a favourite.

We found David via a Facebook ad and were inspired by his documentary style photography. With a few family members more than a little camera shy we knew we needed to have a ninja behind the camera if we wanted them to be in any of the pictures. Having seen a friends photographs in a similar style, we love how the day is captured in such a natural way.

Working with David was seemless from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and warm throughout the process. We felt photographs were one of, if not the most, important parts of our day because they're what captures the memory for the rest of our lives. David made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout, never self conscious and it certainly took the pressure off!

He came and took bridal preparation photographs first which helped to put me at ease having met him before getting to the venue. The end results are natural, fun and the quality of photography simply stunning. His investment in silent technology is priceless and the importance should not be underestimated. You barely notice he's there! We took a few posed photographs, in line with David's style, there were only 5 planned ones.

We chose him for the candid, documentary look, not wanting a posed formal style! The relaxed, candid shots are by far our favourites. We cannot recommend David enough, having confidence in your suppliers at your wedding is invaluable to your stress levels, so book David and put your feet up! David, thank you for creating memories that will last us a life time.

David photographed our wedding at Northbrook Park on the 28th of May this year. He was so professional at the same time as being fun and friendly. So many of our guests commented on how hard he worked without being conspicuous. The results are awesome he's captured some really wonderful moments of our day and we'd highly recommend him. David was extremely professional and approachable, and he worked unbelievably hard to capture our entire wedding day. He was incredibly organised - emailing us promptly with information and giving us a phone consultation close to the day to run through the finer details. When it came to the actual day, he worked behind the scenes to get stunning natural photographs of us and of our guests, and came up with amazing ideas to make our day that extra bit more special e.g. sparkler photos, etc. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite hold up, but David worked around this to ensure we got the photos that we wanted. We will cherish the photos that he took of our fantastic day in the days to come and so will our families! Thank you so so much David!

We are so happy to have chosen David Prior as the photographer for our wedding. We had high expectations and he didn't disappoint! I've used David for the Global Sustainability Film Awards, held at BAFTA. One of the best photographers we have had since we begun the awards.
