We have a Paola as a photographer in our wedding photo shoot and she was amazing, we enjoy the session a lot she was very funny and the pictures are amazing. Thank you so much for the really gorgeous pictures. Thanks to the studio for everything, very nice and professional people.

Jason came to our house to capture some images of our family. He was so friendly and was so good with Jake! He got him smiling in no time! It was a fabulous experience for us all and we now have some wonderful photos to treasure forever. I would really recommend Imagethirst. They are professional, generous and provide exceptional and flawless photos. Jason is very talented!

We are really happy with the family pictures taken by Jason and the help from Catherine at the photo viewing! Jason was really friendly and extremely professional, he knew how to grab the attention of our 4 months old baby girl and took amazing pictures of her. He also gave us really good tips beforehand and during the photo-shooting to make sure we got the best results! Catherine was also really professional and patient, she took the time to go through all the pictures with us at the photo viewing and made sure we were able to choose the ones we liked, providing us with really good advice and ideas on which pictures to select. Paola took our photos one Saturday morning and made us feel so comfortable! My husband isn't a fan of photos, but was happy with the shoot. My son is a toddler but was fully catered for with toys and Paola didn't rush us at all! Very very happy with the shoot and the quality of the photos on viewing was fantastic! A very happy Mumma leaving with family memories - thank you!

We had a family photoshoot with our big cuddly Rottweiler who was a little apprehensive in a new environment and Ben was so amazing, professional and patient with us. He was so lovely and funny and we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. THE BEST PLACE TO GET A PHOTO SHOOT! We had Ben to take our photos and have turned out AMAZING! They also do shoots for pets which was PERFECT. We took our Rottweiler for a shoot and could not recommend a better place. Will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you again for the hospitality and great service!

We had our Maternity Photoshooot done here and it was an amazing experience right from the start just wished never ended Thank you so much Ben, the artist for such a marvellous piece of work. Amazing experience with our family session from start to finish. Ben the photographer deserves a 10 star review. He's an amazing professional who knows how to work with children. He made the whole experience magical for us. A week after we had a viewing of our pictures with lovely Catherine who helped us made the decision of choosing the best pictures. It is also a very lovely atmosphere.

I am not a fan of photoshoots so was very apprehensive about taking our children. I brought a 7 month old, 2 year old and a 7 year old to see Ben and he worked his wonders! The photos came out so good considering my 2 year old was very difficult! Very pleasantly surprised! Hats off to Ben and his team!

Wonderful experience. Thank you Jason & Catherine! Jason, our photographer, had his work cut out with 4 boys on a location shoot (helped suggest location too), but what an incredible talent he is. The end result was magical; beautiful autumnal shots; full of action; exactly as per the brief and not staged. Catherine, I met at Imagethirst's studio for the viewing appointment. Ben was amazing! Paola our photographer was very good with our daughter. She was very calm and patient which helped us get some excellent shots. She had an excellent idea of backgrounds and items our daughter could use as props. The shoot was fun but seeing the pictures was emotional. Paola managed to capture some beautiful shots which will stay with us for our lifetime.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I never write reviews but this time I had to! We received a "gift" / complimentary photographic session from the Portland Hospital one day after our baby was born. Wasted our precious time and energy preparing everything for the photo shooting. Photographer was ok, great personality (except the fact he is working with/for imagethirst knowing they will charge you an arm and a leg for pictures). Pictures were ok, nothing special.

After the shooting we arrived at their photo studio for the viewing of the pictures, without knowing what they will charge us. There was no transperency about pricing upfront. First they show us the wrong pictures, then after the viewing they have the AUDACITY to ask us: IF WE WANT TO BUY A PACKAGE FOR 7950!?!?! Are you serious?! We had ONE outfit, ONE location and 88 "edited" pictures!

So what justifies charging people 8K? The photo books offered in the package? Because the shooting and/or the pictures didn't reflect the price of the package, sorry! Soooo, then we asked about the "cheapest" package, which is 1500. Then we asked about the price for ONE picture (digital) and they will CHARGE YOU 155 for one picture! Stay away from them, will definitely let all my pregnant friends know about their shady tactics/business! Giving families with newborns a "gift", delivered to their room in the hospital, expecting the families to visit them at their photo studio for the viewing and charging an arm and a leg. Don't waste your time and energy.

At the subsequent viewing appointment, Catherine presented a sideshow of the images, the purchase packages available and was keen to ensure customer satisfaction. Will wait to receive the printed before commenting on the quality. No further updates means end to end process was faultless.

Part of our package we bought was a free framed photo which we still did not receive. The photoshoot was in January (almost 4 months ago!) and I am still following up with Imagethirst since then. Emails remain unanswered and there is always another excuse why the framed photograph did not arrive yet. Now of course, if they would answer follow up emails the excuse might very well be the COVID19 crisis. Anyhow, I can not recommend this company because of the lack of service and their dishonesty (tried to over charge us and did not give us our 50 deposit back - my husband pointed it out and they embarrassingly refunded us the money after a few failed attempts). Stay away from Imagethirst they are thirsty for your money and clearly don't care about their image!

I was not impressed with this company at all. I specifically asked for a family picture of me with my brother and daughter and when I spoke to the photographer prior to the shoot and she seemed to listen to what I wanted. But when we arrived, the photographer didnt seem to be a natural with kids to be honest, she didnt seem too interested at all. My daughter was unsettled at first so the first lot of photos werent great which couldnt be helped, but I comforted her and she was all smiles again, but once she was comfortable the photographer only took a handful of shots and then said she was tired so wanted to end the shoot early!

I then went to the viewing which annoyingly couldnt be done the same day, and they'd only included one family photo, the rest were individual pictures or just 2 of us, not what I'd asked for at all. They said they had selected the best pitcures, I felt it was up to me to choose which ones I preferred. I have used much better (and a lot cheaper!) photographers and have got some great photos with them so wont be using Imagethirst again, was a total let down and overpriced.

I am in two minds about this company. It started out well with my booking for the photoshoot and the viewing session. They were helpful on the phone and polite. I booked this 3 weeks in advance, but the day before the photoshoot, I was informed that they have now "changed their policy" and I won't be able to do the viewing on the same day as the photoshoot.

I wondered why they couldn't have informed me earlier, as I am sure they didn't just change the policy the day before I was due for my appointment, and I was upset as it now meant that my dad who came all the way from Australia was not able to attend the viewing. Nothing I could do about it, I rearranged the viewing for 2 months later, as that was the only slot available there I was free again (They had a very inflexible policy of viewing only on Sunday and Monday, and as most people work full time, it really meant Sunday was the only available time, which of course everyone had booked out).

The day of the photo session went well, the photographer was very friendly, and we enjoyed the session a lot. It's just too bad I still haven't gotten to view the photos, as on the day of the viewing, my family of 3, including one baby, showed up at the studio at the booked time (I had called at 2pm the day before to confirm), only to find out that there was an emergency and that the person doing the viewing had gone to hospital, and they had no one else who could do it.

Normally that would be ok, as I understand things do happen, however, after going to so much trouble to schedule this viewing, plus the fact that I was already stuffed around the first time, I found it hard to sympathise. Even if there was an emergency the night before, they could at least have had the courtesy to call me so I did not have to make the special trip to go to the studio.

There was a lot of time between the night before and my viewing that day to call, it wasn't like the emergency just happened. The person who greeted me said that she "did not work for the company", so there was no point complaining to her, it wasn't her fault, and just brushed me off. So not only did we get stood up with the company not bothering to call to cancel an appointment, they also couldn't be bothered to send someone "from the company" to handle the situation. I am still keen to see the photos, but after such poor customer service, I am inclined to give up. Who knows when I would actually be able to see the results.
