Went to get passport photos for my child. Unfortunately Barry used the wrong background, despite insisting he knew all about passport regulations. The whole process took nearly 1hour and my child was desperate not to go back when they had to be redone. Had them retaken in Leamington town centre, cheaper, quicker and easier! Would not recommend.
