Dearden Studio

Dearden Studio is a multi-award-winning photography business based in South Wales with over 25 years of experience. Founded by Michael Dearden, a UK Master Photographer of the Year, we specialise in creating artistic, elegant, and relaxed portraits for families, children, couples, and individuals. Our unique approach combines simplicity with creative innovation, transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary visual stories. The studio's modern facilities in Caerphilly provide a welcoming environment where clients feel at ease throughout their photography experience. We offer diverse packages including themed shoots like Jurassic Adventure and Enchanted Fairy sessions, alongside traditional family portraits and boudoir photography. Our state-of-the-art viewing room allows clients to experience their images in a professional setting.

Recognised by the Master Photographers Association, our work has earned accolades including Welsh Fashion & Beauty Photographer of the Year. We prioritise personal service, ensuring each client receives tailored attention from initial consultation to final image selection. The studio's warm atmosphere and Michael's expertise create memorable experiences that extend beyond the photographs themselves. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the numerous positive testimonials from satisfied clients across Cardiff and Newport. Every session is designed to capture authentic emotions and create lasting visual legacies that families will treasure for generations.
