There was a package for 19.99, but when I chose this package it wouldn't let me check out as the order was under the minimum spend of 20! Unhelpful advisors when I alerted them to this. Eventually I was able to check out once the free delivery period to the preschool had expired as then the 19.99 package had the delivery fee added which made my order 23.98. If you make your 19.99 package a round 20.00 people will be able to order then and have it delivered free to their preschool.

Lovely photos but ridiculously overpriced! Our other children attended a nursery prior to the one he attends now who use a different company and we purchased photos every year, same quality but literally half the price. Delivery was slow and the frame was awful. The cost of digital images over prints is extortionate. We won't buy them again next year. 3 stars just because the photos were nice.

I'm honestly over the moon with my photos, when I first got the proof card near Christmas I was a little panicking because they were so beautiful and a little out my price range at the time (not for the quality of their work, just my financial situation) I ordered them after Christmas and they didn't arrive so I panicked again, but they were so fantastic they sent them out to me again. I honestly am amazed at how fantastic the photos are, I never expected to see this kind of photo from a nursery picture. Top quality thank you for making me and my family smile whenever we look at our photos :) x

Critical:Value I think that although we can afford the photos 75 for your valuable memories of your little one Is extortionate. What about family's who can't afford that and miss the opportunity. The price is very unfair. Shameful

My son had his photos taken at nursery and after a week recived the card with the code logged in to se that the photos wasn't the ones i chose emailed them several times without response called no answer finally after so many days of calling they answered the phone reassured me that they will sort it out and after weeks i still haven't heard from them! gutted as i really liked the photos he took in the graduation gown. :

Little urchins have been doing my children's preschool photos for the past 8 years. I have found that their ability to capture My children's cheeky smile and authentic giggles absolutely wonderful. This time we had an error unfortunately involving a few of our photos. just one of those things. They responded quickly with a resolution, they were polite and were incredibly apologetic. I couldn't of asked for better customer service from the lady on the phone.
I ordered my photos online, love that the digital ones you order are avaliable straight away within a few hours. The prints delivery time was a unexpected delight ordered late in the evening and received the prints within 3 days. The prices are well below what you would pay elsewhere and price per print is a pound or two higher than my eldest box standard school photo so given the props and professionalism of the shoot you really can't complain about that affordable price. Looking forward to my youngest starting preschool so I can have his photos done too.
